As a Sr. Product Design Manager at Etsy, I led a team of product designers across iOS, Android, web, and mWeb, working within Buyer Experiences. My team focused on comparison shopping, crafting experiences to help buyers find what they're looking for in the vast sea of possibilities within Etsy. My duties were twofold — growth and mentorship for my designers and initiative Design Lead, focused on planning and strategy for my squads under Compare. As Design Lead, I partnered closely with my other leads in Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to ensure that the teams were headed in the right strategic direction and executing effectively to hit our goals. (We had already hit over 100% of our 2023 goal in September.)
