I managed the TRUST design team, under Seller and Buyer experiences at ebay. The team worked to craft experiences that helped garner trust between buyers and sellers. We owned messaging, feedback, returns and any other trust related experiences between members on ebay.
I provided creative direction for designers to ensure solutions are technically feasible and drive towards desired outcomes. I also collaborated closely with product management to drive vision, planning and support engineering during development. Prior to development starting, we conducted deep heuristic analysis and technical evaluations of the end to end returns experience to identify quick wins and inform a longer term vision. The goal is to complete development by Q4 2018.
